Getting started

Is it really free?
Yes — free forever for up to 2 active coachees, with no credit card. You only upgrade when you grow. There’s also a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. A guided checklist walks you through branding, choosing what clients track, and inviting your first client. You can also start from a ready-made program.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. If you can use email, you can use Esperity Coach.

Clients & data

Is my clients’ data secure?
Yes. Esperity Coach is GDPR-compliant with EU data residency, and HIPAA-aligned for US clients (a BAA is available), with AES-256 encryption. Clients own their data and you can export it at any time.
Do you support US clients?
Yes. Alongside our EU/GDPR setup, Esperity Coach is HIPAA-aligned, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available, and US data residency is an option.
Do my clients have to pay?
No. The client app is included in your plan — clients never pay to use it.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes — invite them by email or share a sign-up link. Switching from another platform? We’ll help you migrate.
Which languages are supported?
13, including right-to-left, so your clients can use the app in their own language.

Plans & billing

What happens when I reach 2 coachees?
Nothing breaks. When you invite a third, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to Starter (€59/mo, up to 10) to add more.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Anytime, self-serve. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately.
Can I use my own branding?
You can build your own branded coaching space with your content and workflows today. Full white-label (your own domain, no Esperity branding) is available on request.
