Request permanent deletion of your Esperity Coach account and the personal data we hold about you, in line with the EU GDPR.
You can ask us to delete your Esperity Coach account at any time. This page explains what happens, which data is removed and which data we may be legally required to keep, and lets you submit a verified deletion request.
Under Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. We will action your request without undue delay and within 30 days of verifying your identity.
When your request is processed we permanently delete: your profile and contact details, login credentials, coaching content and programmes you created, messages, uploaded files, progress and health-tracking entries, and your usage data associated with your account.
We may retain a limited set of data where the law requires it — for example invoicing and financial records we must keep for accounting and tax obligations (typically up to 7 years), and records needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We may also keep anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you. Any retained data is access-restricted and used only for those purposes.
If you use Esperity Coach as a coachee invited by a coach, your coach acts as a separate data controller for the coaching records they hold. We will delete the data we control; for records held by your coach, please also contact them directly.
Submit the form below or email us from your account email address. We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed. You will receive an email confirmation once your request is completed. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — you will lose access to your account, and any active subscription will be cancelled in line with our Reimbursement Policy.
