Van zorgplatform naar coachingtoolkit
Esperity begon met patiënten helpen hun gezondheid bij te houden en verbonden te blijven met hun zorg. Coaches vroegen telkens hetzelfde voor hun cliënten — zonder de klinische complexiteit. Dus bouwden we Esperity Coach: dezelfde vertrouwde, AVG-conforme, meertalige basis, herdacht voor coaching.
Wij geloven dat de beste coaching ontstaat als het menselijke werk centraal staat en het regelwerk verdwijnt. Elke functie beoordelen we op één vraag: geeft dit de coach meer tijd met zijn cliënt?
